On Punta Diamante, facing the sea and Pichilingue Diamante, in the bay of Puerto Márquez, a subdivision will be built to accommodate a total of 66 families.

"The development will feature a Beach Club offering a swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant, children's play area, and a funicular. Additionally, there will be a gated entrance, an access road, and a construction regulations will be in place.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2023 with an estimated duration of 30 months.

Payment Terms: A 30% down payment is required, followed by 40% in 30 monthly installments during construction. The remaining 30% is due upon deed transfer and project completion.

Phase Development of Common Areas: The main common areas of Ecos del Mar will be delivered in two phases:

Phase 1 (Estimated completion: December 2024):

• Entrance portico and security booth
• 6.20-meter wide reinforced concrete road with stamped finish and 2.90-meter wide sidewalks on each side, including lighting and landscaping.
• Underground conduits for telephone, internet, and TV networks.
• Electrical grid connection (CFE)
• Hydraulic network with potable water cistern and rainwater cistern.
• Wastewater treatment plant with an irrigation cistern.

Phase 2 (Estimated completion: December 2025):

• Clubhouse featuring a spa, gym, palapa with a restaurant area, kitchen, and bathrooms, a saltwater pool, and a dock.
• Terrace with a freshwater pool, garden, and bathrooms.
• Funicular connecting the Clubhouse to the Federal Zone.
• Administrative offices with storage, employee bathrooms, and parking for 10 vehicles.
